It can be hard to take time out for ourselves during our busy lives. If we don't have regular 'self-care' practices set up, it can also be hard to know where to start and 'how' to take time out. This CD is a collection of 7 guided meditations that can help you take 10 Minutes out for yourself on a daily basis.
You don't need to listen to the meditations in a specific order, but I have provided a guideline to help you get started.
When doing these meditations, please find a quiet space where you will not be disturbed. Do not listen to these recordings while driving or operating heavy machinery.
Each recording is approximately 10 minutes long.
