Before I signed up with Victoria I felt overwhelmed and under appreciated. I was offering a lot of freebies [in my business] and my returns didn’t match up.
Now, I feel focused, certain about my career path of essential oils, meditation, hypnotherapy, and e-courses. My worth about my business and what I have to offer has increased allowing me to provide value through services and not over providing goods; depleting my time.
I liked that Victoria held space for me as I came to my own conclusion while providing me with contained and compassionate listening.
My website www.FleetAndflower.com has been streamlined with my blog now in the process of being turned into a book. I know my worth and am going for it.
It was a time for change and Victoria helped me to review what I needed to do to enable me to move on and see a different future for me workwise. She helped me to assess and get a realistic view of my capabilities.
She was caring, patient and non-judgmental. I have no hesitation in recommending Victoria.
I found Victoria very professional and easy to talk to and work with. She helped me to put a plan in place to work towards my goals. I highly recommend her service to anyone who feels stuck in their life. Thank you!
The coaching sessions with Victoria were an invaluable resource for me in terms of the opportunity they gave me for reflection and time out to look at my role in the organisation. I had only recently taken up the post as director and I was finding the organisation & historical ways of doing things very challenging. Victoria’s respectful, skilful questioning facilitated a process for me where I was able to explore different approaches and “think aloud” in a safe, supportive environment.
I achieved a lot of clarity and was able to identify a specific plan of action which I am currently implementing. I began to “see the wood from the trees” and recognise what I needed to prioritise and what I needed to do to ensure I didn’t burn out in my first year!
I benefited from having someone to answer to, a person to kick my ass in gear when I needed it, without being too pushy, and someone to help me realise my priorities in life. I achieved a good number of things on my list – I didn’t even have a proper list until after the first sessions. I was thinking too grand and disappointing myself – I had to focus on all the smaller things leading up to the bigger picture, Victoria helped me to do that.
I would describe Victoria as someone who really listens and asks you questions you didn’t even know you needed to ask yourself in order to move on in your life. I also liked that there was no judging, she took you as she found you and helped you better yourself almost as a friend would.
I realised my strengths and my weaknesses, and as a result found people and contacts and more importantly the courage to ask these people for help. I now have a great work colleague, (we are yin and yang) and we are already on plan for our next project. All I can say is thank you, Victoria.
Before meeting with Victoria I felt like I had lots of thoughts spinning in my head. I felt I needed to make a decision, in some way and was stuck in how to do so.
I feel like I have gotten a lot more out of my head. I have been practicing free flow writing, which Victoria recommended, and found that this has indeed helped. It’s slowed my thoughts down, allowing me to get rid of that ‘mental clutter’.
I really liked Victoria’s openness and ability to connect. During our sessions I felt that she not only heard but truly listened and engaged with what I had been saying. I felt that she was able to both summarise and reflect my own thoughts to me in a way that I had been having difficulty with. And offered me useful tools to help in my day to day.
