About The Gentle Burnout Reliever
This mini course consists of 4 actionable modules, with a mix of videos and worksheets, which will help you to create immediate burnout relief. The course is designed to be short, digestible and quick to action, enabling you to easily implement more time freedom, without adding any more unnecessary pressure. You can absolutely go at your own pace, but know that each module is designed to free up time and space as you go along. You will also receive a free guided meditation and Self-Care E-Book, giving you all the tools and support that you need to go from burned out to balanced.
💚 Module 1 - REALIGN
Your initial dive into this stress relieving work begins with mindset. Mindset is so key in relieving burnout and creating balance that once you have built this nurturing foundation, everything else will gently find its place. REALIGN will help you to release blocks, give yourself permission to do the work and feel safe, while remembering to be kind to yourself.
💚 Module 2 - RELEASE
Once your safe space has been prepared and you are feeling ready, you will begin to assess all areas of your life and business. As you gently look through what you are spending your time and energy on, you will begin to identify the main stress factors. Some are obvious, some not so clear but this exploratory module will help you recognise them and start the RELEASE.
💚 Module 3 - REVIEW
After you have recognised and acknowledged the factors causing you stress, you will start to work out what to release and how to release them. Learn how to remedy each stress factor and how to move forward with each of them. Possible solutions could be to oursource, delegate or even completely release them, enabling you to move back into alignment.
💚 Module 4 - RENEW
As you move towards the end of this burnout relieving journey, you will take what you have discovered and create gently paced action to make changes in your life. It is often easy to recognise what needs changing but then comes the paralysis around what action to take. RENEW will empower you with the tools to do this, in a way that feels nurturing and safe.

Working through the Gentle Burnout Reliever has been one of the most powerful and yet toughest things I've done this year! As a soul and heart led woman in business myself, in the past I have been at the brink of burnout and beyond. I create my services based on what I have needed over time to survive and fully thrive.
I don't claim to be 'perfect' or have it all figured out, but the tools and processes that I teach are tried and tested by myself and others, on multiple occasions. I have worked with many women over the years to help them gently move from overwhelm and stress to alignment and flow.
Everything that I do is gentle and at a slower pace, and not one that is dictated by what social media or the "Experts" tells us. I believe that if we learn to serve ourselves first, reconnect with our true core and create healthy, sustainable boundaries and do things on our own terms, then we can live a life and business in total alignment.
